    Return and Refund Policy

      At Local Rays Apparel, we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. 


    Returns

    We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase/delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

    • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags attached.
       
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
       
    • Sale items and custom designs are final sale and not eligible for return.
       

    How to Return:

    1. Email us at CJ@localrays.com with your order number and reason for return.
       
    2. We’ll confirm if your return is approved and provide instructions.
       
    3. Ship your item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect).

     

    Exchanges

    Need a different size or color? No problem!

    • Exchanges are free (excluding shipping) within 14 days of delivery.
       
    • If we don’t have the item in stock, we’ll issue a store credit, refund or we’ll make sure to get it in for you as soon as possible. 


     

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved:

    • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
       
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we made an error or the product arrived damaged.
